Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to care for you: your name, age, contact number, the details you share about your health (for example in the case form), and reports or photos you choose to send.

This information is used only for your consultation and treatment, and to contact you about appointments. It is seen only by the treating doctor and clinic staff who need it. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires.

Booking requests and case forms from this website are sent through WhatsApp to the clinic’s number. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting the clinic.

Terms of use

The information on this website is general health information. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified doctor, and should not be used for self-treatment.

This website and our online consultations are not for emergencies. For chest pain, breathing difficulty, high fever in infants, injuries or any emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call 108.

Please continue any treatment advised by your other doctors unless they advise you to stop. Results of treatment differ from person to person.

Appointments & rescheduling

Booking requests sent through the website are confirmed by the clinic on WhatsApp. The consultation fee of ₹500 (including one week’s medicine) is paid by UPI after your slot is confirmed. Follow-up consultations have no consultation fee — only the medicine is charged.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please inform the clinic on WhatsApp or by phone as early as possible. The clinic will explain the rescheduling and refund terms when confirming your booking.

Telemedicine consent

Video consultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines applicable in India. By requesting a video consultation, you agree to consult the doctor online and confirm that the information you share is true to the best of your knowledge.

The doctor may advise an in-person visit or a referral to a specialist or hospital if an online consultation is not suitable for your condition. For a child or a person who cannot consult alone, a parent or family member should be present on the call.
